The hotel was clean and conveniently located by the airport. The friendly staff went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Although I wished for more variety at breakfast, the scrambled eggs and fruit were fresh and tasty. The noisy AC fan was the only drawback.

Overall, while the staff was friendly, the inconsistency in communication on critical matters left room for improvement.

I previously stayed at a different hotel in des moines and had a decent experience, but this time was even better. The king room was spacious, letting the kids play safely, and the breakfast included delicious waffles that impressed us all. Easy check-in.
